How to register

To register in Domaza, click on the ‘Register’ button, situated in the top-right side of Domaza’s home page. Then enter your e-mail address, your password and the symbols of the anti-spam code. If you have difficulty reading the symbols, click on the blue arrow and a new combination will load. If you click on the hyperlink the terms of services, you can read the rules and regulations concerning the usage of the portal. After you have read the terms of service and if you agree with them, tick the box next to them and then click on the ‘Create Account’ button. You will receive an e-mail containing an activation link, on which you should click to finish the registration successfully. Once you have created an account in Domaza, you can edit your profile. Your dashboard

Every registered user in Domaza has access to ‘My Domaza’. This is your personal space, where all adverts, client details, searches and more are saved. To have access to ‘My Domaza’ you need a registration. For more information on how to register, follow this link:  ‘How to register?’ Once you are a registered user of Domaza, you need to log in with your e-mail and password, which you enter after clicking on the ‘Login’ link at the top of the page. Status (DPanel)

dPanel is an administrative panel, which offers you three versions: Free, Advanced and Pro. Each of these versions has different capabilities. According to the version you are using, you will have access to different services and options. The three versions and their options, from which a user can choose: 1.    Free – this is the free plan with limited capabilities we offer. 2.    Advanced – this is the expanded plan, which provides its users with access to most of Domaza’s services. It is most suitable for real estate agencies and construction companies. This plan costs 600 euro per year. If you prepay for several years in advance, you will receive up to 35% discount. Graphic Ads

Any registered user in Domaza can organize and configure his/her personal graphic ads. This is done from the menu "My Ads" → submenu "Graphical". Graphic ads are banners that have a fixed size and can be static (JPG, JPEG, PNG) or animated (GIF, SWF). Banners will be displayed on DomaZa site of your choice upon approval and activation. To add a graphic ad click on the "Add Banner" button (top-right). Banners must be 160x240 pixels in size and no larger than 64KB. Supported formats are jpg, jpeg, gif, png and swf. First select the language, in which the banners will be displayed. You can display different banners according to language. Activation of advertising

To activate your banners, go to "Activation of Advertising" in the menu ‘My Ads’ On the page,  follow those steps to activate your banner: Step 1 - Select a Domaza Website: from a drop-down list choose which Domaza site, you want to place your banner on. Step 2 - Select Banner: from a drop-down list select your banner. Once you choose a banner, it will be displayed. Step 3 - Select the Position: from a drop-down list or an image with digits on the right, select the  right position of the banner on the Domaza page. You can choose between 10 different positions. The higher your graphic advertising is, the better. Step 4 - Frequency display: from a drop-down list, select the frequency of displaying the banner. Statistics

Each user who has successfully enabled advertising in Domaza can track statistics for his/her active ads from the menu "My Domaza"→ "My Ads" → submenu "Statistics". On the page "Statistics" you will find full reports for page views and clicks on your ads. Each user has the ability to set start date, end date or time interval in the text boxes located on the top of the page. If you place the cursor in one of the fields a calendar shows automatically, where you can easily select a date. Ads activated

Each user who has successfully enabled advertising in Domaza can see his/her active graphic ads. This can by done through: "My DomaZa" →"My Ads" →submenu "Ads activated". If you have active banners, their information will be displayed in a table that has the following fields:•    Banner ID - displays the name of the banner. Personal Data

From the menu "My Data" → submenu "Personal Data" every registered user can edit their personal information. Change password

Any registered user may change his/her current password. This happens in "My Domaza" → "My Data" → submenu "Change Password". In the field "Old Password" enter your current password. In the fields "New Password" and "Confirm Password" enter the new password. To save changes click "Save" If the passwords in the fields "New Password" and "Confirm password" do not match, the screen will display a message "The entered passwords do not match." Change of email

Any registered user can change his/her current email. This happens in "My Domaza" →"My Data" → submenu "Change email". In the field "Password" enter your current password. In the fields "New Email Address" and "Verify Email" enter the new email. To save changes click "Save". If the addresses  in the "New Email Address" and "Confirm Email" do not match, the screen will show an error message. My offices

Each user of Domaza with an Advanced or Pro Plan, can add unlimited number of offices. More information on "DPANEL"→ "Status DPanel". If your company has many offices you can organize and edit their information in "My Domaza" → "My Data" → submenu "My offices". The information for your main office is added by default to the table "My offices". It has the following fields: Office Type - Indicates whether the office is major or minor. Click on the column heading to sort by type offices. Select Type of office from the drop-down menu to filter the type of offices. Country - Click on the column heading to sort by location. My agents

Any real estate agency, which purchased an Advanced or a Pro Pack has the opportunity to add information about an unlimited number of brokers. More information on "DPANEL" -> "Status DPanel". Each agent of your company will have a separate account and will ne able to enter in his or her Domaza profile with a personal email and password. If your company has a large number of brokers you can organize and edit their information in "My Domaza" →"My Data" → submenu "My agents". List - in this submenu you can view and navigate through the list of your clients, who are registered on your site and send requests and inquiries about properties you have published. # - ID number of the client. Click on the respective number to edit the information. If you click on the symbol (#), all clients will be sorted according to their ID number. You can also perform searches by entering a number in the blank field above the symbol and clicking on the Search button – all clients with ID containing this number will appear as results. In the submenu Requests you can review all requests of your clients. # - number of the request. Click on a number to edit the information. Click on the sign if you wish to sort all requests by ID number. If you are looking for a specific request, enter a number/s and press the Search button and you will have all requests containing the number/s you’ve entered in their ID. Date – shows the date, when the request has been made. Click on the title of the column to sort all requests by date.
